Blackheath 4 - 1 Caldy - After a promising showing last week I think Club will get a narrow win at home.

Worcester Warriors 4 - 1 Rotherham Titans - Roth have got nothing to lose and I think they’ll run Warriors close. I think Titans’ pack can keep them competitive here. Should be an interesting game, these two clubs have some “history” with each other shall we say - Rothman2 could probably write a monologue on it!.

Ampthill 4 - 1 Nottingham Rugby - Two good teams here. Was tempted to go with Nottingham as they habitually start the season well every year but going with As at home.
Bedford Blues 1 - 4 Chinnor RFC Thame - This is a bit more of a punt on my behalf but i think this a tough fixture for Blues after getting well beaten last week. Chinnor are well capable of turning over the big boys as they repeatedly proved last season. Could be an upset coming.
Coventry 1 - 4 Cornish Pirates - A very tight call and could easily go the other way but Pirates looked strong last week.

The team we have at the moment and the way we constantly pushed Cov back in the scrum last week (and the same with Newcastle in pre season) was very encouraging and the backs, well probably the best backs we’ve had for many years.
Even so Worcester are the Champs of this division and will be a formidable opponent.
