First coaching casualty of the season
First coaching casualty of the season
Jon gray leaving scottish after 4 games. Taking on a coaching role at quins.
Re: First coaching casualty of the season
Not so much a casualty as a change though isn't it? Presumably it was Joe's choice to leave?
Re: First coaching casualty of the season
Maybe - who knows how hard the club fought to keep him after the start we've had?
Personally I'm not that bothered - head coach who took us down, somehow managed to get a promotion out of it, and looks like we are immediately in another relegation battle.

True but to be fair with the "benefit" of the Quins link-up last season most coaches would have struggled to keep you up wouldn't they?

Inclined to agree. It's a complete mess. Can't help thinking it would have been better following relegation to have brought in a new coach and make a fresh start. Hopefully they can find someone quickly who can get us up and running again but I'm not optimistic.Dawson9 wrote: Thu Oct 01, 2026 1:09 pm Maybe - who knows how hard the club fought to keep him after the start we've had?
