A terrible afternoon for Stortford. Zero points at Bury is disappointing. However, I noted there were 5 Saracens players in the squad. That is unacceptable. It seems like 3 of them are on some kind of long loan as they are sponsored so fair enough. But two were drafted in today due to some injuries. Stortford signed enough players over the summer who weren't in the squad today. Let's not become the Dings of Hertfordshire!

Anyway, rant aside, congrats to Bury, sounds like they turned the game around in the last 20 mins and got an important win.

Aside from that hard to look any further than the Plymouth v Cambridge win. Obviously Plymouth are very good this season but 100-0 should never be a score line in this league. Cambridge seem like a broken club. Not sure what's going on there.

Great win from Moseley. Bounced back from a thumping last week in style.

Tonbridge by 3 again, lol.

The right version of Park turned up this week. Good to see.

Camborne are a serious team. Is the gap between Nat 2 and 1 narrowing? Seems like teams are capable of coming up and getting up to speed straight away now.

Have a good evening all!

The ability of TJ to keep winning by a few points is freakish.
Let’s all spare a thought for Cambridge. It does the league no favors to witness a score of 102-0.

These are the scores that Cambridge were scoring when on in their 3 promotions in 3 years run. Let's hope the season levels out!

Storty, it was great game at Bury where our defence was notably improved on last weeks dismal showing at Dings...
On another day Stort should have ran out winners but Bury stayed in the fight and grabbed the win... (Why did they take Bolts off?)

As for loanees... Sarries at BS, Bristol at Dings, Sharks at Sale does seem to distort the league. but we knew what we were getting into!

Never like seeing a scoreline of 100 - 0... tough on the players, but not much sympathy for a club that seems to have lost its way - to be kind!

Glad to hear it Jackall. From following the twitter feed I thought at 14-21 following a penalty try Stortford would pull away.

Huge credit to Bury to turn it around from there.

I don't know the loan situations of all clubs but did notice before we played Moseley the other day they had a long list of dual reg and loan players on their website. I do hope the doesn't become endemic and Nat 1 turns into a prem kids league.

I've never known more than 3 in a Stortford squad with it mostly being between 0 and 2, so was shocked to see 5 today. Very much hope that's a one off and not the future model!

As for Bury, seem like a cracking club and all the best with the rest of the season.
